5 minutes walk down the road, you will find Fresh Choice supermarket, a florist, day spa, a pharmacy, a physiotherapist and a gift shop. The suburb is also a stone's throw from Dunedin's only private hospital, Mercy Hospital in Maori Hill.

Drive down Stuart St and you'll be in the Octagon (city centre) in about 5 minutes.

Moana pool and gym is about halfway between Roslyn and the city centre, and has both fitness and recreation facilities.

You'll have access to the entire home.

2 car parks are available in a garage at the top of the property, and there is typically additional parking available on the street, across the road.

Two bus lines cross through Roslyn Village - a 5 minute walk away.

Single trundler bed can be added to any upstairs bedroom on request - please advise when booking.
