"We frequently use this hotel as it’s the best by far for service , always friendly on arrival, rooms always spotless. Food is absolutely outstanding and the spa? Well this is why we return, have been to a lot of hotels with spas but this one is by far the best, great it’s open late for adults so you can use before or after dinner and the staff here are the best staff I have came across. Will be returning soon and if you do go please use the beauty room, we had full body Swedish massages and they were marvellous 😄"

"We travelled to Glasgow for a gig at Hampden Park and the hotel had created information leaflets with taxi and bus information, the relevant apps to download, even how many bus stops you’d travel before you arrived at the gig. Plus they arranged taxi sharing for guests. This is absolute next-level service and I was really impressed! Aside from that the hotel was immaculate, very well presented, pristine rooms and comfy beds. The restaurant was lovely, food was very nice and staff were really friendly. We travel to Glasgow quite a lot and have always stayed in the centre, but as this is only a 20 min drive out we’ll be staying here again for sure! "

"I liked the hotel very much, first time on my own but felt very safe, welcome , the food was excellent, next time I will book a room on the ground floor, as I found the stairs a bit much, but was offered help when I arrived. Would recommend this hotel for convenience to get any where in a radius of around 10 miles."
