The downstairs is a 782 sq. ft. gem with brand-new construction and furnishings. You’ll feel like you’ve just found a secret wine cellar. A large covered deck perfect for sipping a glass of wine overlooks the yard and the Willamette Valley.
In the kitchenette, you’ll find plenty of glassware and tableware, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. The flat has a portable warming plate burner (no stove) for cooking a simple meal.
Independent keyless entry and convenient parking, with a separate entrance for up to four guests. This area can only be accessed through the outside entrance.
