"Great value with everything we need"

"A nice basic property for a week long family stay with a small dog. The place served our needs and was good value. It has a fully fenced yard (if you have a bigger dog, note that the front picket fence may not contain a jumpy big dog). The house had all the basics that we needed, just note that it's a bit old and starting to get tired. It did have a recently renovated bathroom, which was quite nice."

"We loved staying here at Sandy Point. The house was very comfortable, a short walk to the beach and store. We wanted to stay longer, the place had everything we needed, even a backyard koala sighting! We will come back for sure."

"Had a lovely week in Venus Bay exploring the area. Great walks on the beaches and happy to be able to have our dogs with us. "

"Modern, clean, comfortable beds. Included internet. lovely kitchen (not that we used it!). Situated on the outskirts of town overlook looking wetlands. Not central to the main part of town, but lovely and quiet as a result, and it was only a few minutes drive. We enjoyed walks exploring the coast line and visiting the lovely towns around the area. Also some great meals at ‘The Invy’ pub, which was quite gourmet."

"The house location was great! Enough space for both my family 3 kids and parents. The home had everything you could need which was great! Negatives - the bed was awful barely slept through the night. Backyard wasn’t mowed so tricky for the kids to play. Toilet became blocked and was overflowing in the backyard. With a bit of TLC to maintain the works of the home this would be a really great stay! All in all we still had a great time - had all we could need and more but in future owner should...

"We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 dogs. Could not have asked for more. Very well stocked. Great appliances. Warm with heating in living room and wood fire (byo). Very close to dog friendly beach."

"Positives: Good location. Friendly desk staff at Ray White. Spacious house. Negatives: Cleaning material left in master bedroom, from maintenance staff. Very poor water pressure in en suite shower. Oily frying pans in kitchen. No shower soap or body-wash."
