Located in Duluth's sought-after Park Point area, our home offers tranquility and convenience. Tucked away from the main road with ample parking, it remains easily accessible to shops and restaurants. Ideal for family gatherings or getaways with friends, our home provides a magical setting to witness captivating beach sunrises and sunsets. Equipped with all the amenities for a fun and relaxing stay, it promises an unforgettable experience.
Our rate is based on four people staying at the home. Any additional guests above the initial four will incur an extra fee per guest. We offer this "value-added service" to ensure you're only charged for the actual number of guests rather than a flat rate for the entire home. This rate structure is designed to provide savings and flexibility to our guests when the number of people changes or when smaller groups would like to stay with us. Should the number change after making a reservation, let us know, and we will adjust the rate accordingly. We are committed to being flexible and accommodating to changes, recognizing that plans can evolve.
As a guest, you will enjoy exclusive access to the top two levels of this beach home, which include four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that seats six (6) people, a living room with several large windows overlooking a spectacular view of Lake Superior, and a reading nook. The home also has a large front yard facing the lake. The shared parking pad can accommodate two cars in front of the single-car garage; extra street parking is also available.
For those with the flexibility to work remotely, our home is ideal, whether you're looking for a short stay to recharge or an extended month-long getaway. It offers a unique lakeshore experience far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Off-season monthly and off-season daily rates are available.

*Guest Private Use and Access: Guests have exclusive private use of the 1st and 2nd floors of the home (4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and the front yard and large deck overlooking Lake
Superior). Our focus is your privacy while renting Lake Phalen Place.
*Separate Owner's Suite: The home's lower level (basement) includes a separate private owner's suite and attached garage. There is no cross-traffic or shared living spaces; its separate entry ensures your complete privacy. Guests cannot access or use the lower-level Owner's Suite, owner’s patio, or attached garage. The owner reserves the right to access and use the separate private owner's suite at any time. We prioritize our Guests' privacy.
• The booking guest, who must be at least 25 years old, is the Responsible Party and must be present throughout the reservation.
• Strict policies against parties, events, or excessive drinking.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours are enforced in this residential area. A signed Rental Agreement and a government photo ID are required for all reservations.
• A $250 preauthorization will be placed on your credit card. It will be release 7 days after check out unless there are damages etc.
