Great property to stay at. Enjoyed the property, excellent restaurants near by. Only problem was that our stay was too short! We will stay here again when in town if it is available.

Wonderful stay
This place was great! We were only there for a couple of days but we loved it. It was way larger than we thought and very nice and comfortable. We stayed on the hottest weekend ever so the air conditioning had a little hard time keeping up but it was still not too hot. The location was great and easy to get right down to Canal Park too.

We enjoyed our stay in the loft and would book again if needed. The location was ideal (so many places to go for food, brews, coffee and shop). Way more space than the pictures show.

Relaxing Getaway
This property exceeded my expectations! So cute and cozy and larger than I expected! Location is in a great area with coffee shops, restaurants, breweries and shopping and just minutes from the DECC and other attractions. Host was great to work with. I'd definitely come back!

The loft is much bigger than I thought it would be. Decor is great and had everything we needed, even a deck of cards. There was a nice note and gift for us when we arrived congratulating us on our anniversary and also birthday. Would definitely stay again.

Summer Stay at Michigan St Industrial Loft
Our stay at the Michigan St Industrial Loft was incredible. It is a beautiful place and very reasonably priced. Meghan was very easy to communicate with if we needed anything. The location is great with some really nice shops and restaurants less than a block away. The loft was absolutely a highlight of our trip and we’re very excited to hopefully stay there again soon. Would highly recommend!

Beautifully Appointed Loft Apartment
Sadly only a 2 night stay….wanted to permanently move in. Nice August visit with friend from Japan. He had never stayed in a VRBO….he may forever be spoiled by this gorgeous rental. Good communication, upcoming neighborhood, high end appliances and furnishings all added to the quality of our stay. We also enjoyed Darth Vader’s toilet.

Massive Space and Great Location
Parking was easy, the unit is massive, and the location to some local nightlife spots was ideal. We loved walking out the back door to Bent Paddle, enjoying a few beers while listening to music. Waking up and walking to Dovetail for breakfast was also lovely. The bed is super soft and comfy. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathtub was hot. My only recommendation is to add a larger couch or even a pull out since this place could easily accommodate 4 people and the only TV is in the living room.

Great Location/Awesome Loft
Just a very awesome place to stay! The location couldn’t be better to walk to many restaurants brewery’s and shops. Easy check-in and out. Easy access with codes. Lovely loft, modern with everything you need. Easy drive to canal park. But do explore the Lincoln Park neighborhood and West Superior Street. We had no problems parking in front of the building both nights we were there. I highly recommend! The only thing I would have liked inside the loft is a larger couch, or one more casual seating option. The space is big enough to support a large, comfy sectional. But really hate to say anything negative because the space is so nice.

Luxury spot in the heart of town!
Picture perfect loft with everything you need to stay a day or a week! Just need groceries. Also parking signs are confusing, but you CAN park from 2-6 am overnight in the summer months. Also highly recommend the BBQ place across the street called OMC. Have Cade, Luke, or Alex behind the bar make you a Whiskey sour. Get the ice cream a half a block away. It’s made right there in small batches. Want to sit outside and eat? Take an Uber (if you can find one) and go to Va Bene and ask to sit right above the water. Actually exceptional Italian food. It is a bit warm in the loft so turn the mini split on right away. We will definitely be back in the winter and likely again this fall to stay at the same place!

Great loft and location
Beautiful loft, great location, and easy check-in process. Would easily be a 5 star except for being woken up at 6am by weights being tossed around in the fitness studio below.
