"This is a truly impressive house. The short title of the listing is absolutely correct; it is a stunning location. You are practically in your own forest with a Loch just a minute's walk. There are lots of walks around the house, and it is completely peaceful. There is an abundance of wildlife in the garden, including pheasants, Red Squirrels and hundreds of birds. "We had a wonderful stay at Nether Bellandy! Tony and Sharon were great hosts and the cottage is surrounded by beautiful scenery in the Scottish highlands. We saw plenty of local bird and wildlife, had great encounters with the farm animals on site and really enjoyed the remote and quiet location. Would definitely stay again!"

"This is a nice, spacious property in a good location in Aviemore and we had a very comfortable stay. The only problem we had was that the property wasn't cleaned for us on arrival and still had dirty bed linen etc from the previous guests. There seemed to have been a miscommunication with the cleaners but after calling Gary, he managed to get it resolved for us asap, which was much appreciated."

"The house is absolutely lovely, and very well stocked. For a family group of 6 from the US, ranging in age from 6 to 80, we had everything we need to cook for a few nights. Great spices, olive oil, vinegar -- even coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine. The stay was delightful, and Nethy Bridge is a darling town!!"

"A fabulous property with everything we needed and so much more. Quirky, clean, peaceful and fun. Hot tub enjoyed by the humans and the dog enjoyed the huge enclosed garden. Would highly recommend and would live to go back to the property again. Weather was an added bonus."

"Our property was close to Aviemore town but on a pretty, quiet little estate.It had everything we needed for our walking holiday in Scotland. I was most impressed with the brilliant shower and the house was warm, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent communication throughout and I would recommend without hesitation. Really enjoyed our visit..with spectacular scenery, fabulous Whisky distilleries, abundant wildlife and interesting history. Thank you."

"If you want total peace and quiet then this cottage is a place to stay. Surrounded by fields and hills and mountains made it so beautiful. Unfortunately it was not very warm when we stayed but having a open fire made it feel so cosy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the shop is only a short drive away."

"I cannot recommend this property high enough to do it total justice. Martin our host, met us at check in and provided a tour and all information we needed.
