The modern and bright apartment is completely renovated and newly furnished, with everything needed:

modern bathroom with large shower, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large living room with Schlafchouch, separate sleeping area with double bed (180 x 200), hallway with furnished workplace, large balcony overlooking the well-kept green area.

It is located in a central and very green location in a quiet apartment building in Alt-Homberg.

Fenced parking + underground parking. Very good connection to the motorways A 40, A 57, as well as to the public transport. All shops for daily needs nearby.

There are many cycle paths along the Rhine, several lakes and many parks nearby.

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und alles ist vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist relativ klein, aber selbst für uns 3 absolut ausreichend. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass die Wohnung ruhig und doch zentral für unsere Ausflüge gelegen ist. Im Haus hört man nichts. Bis in die Großstädte fährt man max. eine Stunde, bis in die Niederlande 30 Minuten. Es gibt viel zu entdecken. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne, zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtete FeWo, akurat und sauber, wir haben nichts vermißt, vom Einchecken bis Abreise war alles top; sehr ruhige Lage, zugehöriger Parkplatz am Haus, sehr gute Einweisung durch den Vermieter und Erreichbarkeit für Anfragen/Tipps; durch die zentrale Lage sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten und Haltestellen für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr auch gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und voller Freude, eine so gute Wahl getroffen zu haben
