"A group of 4 stayed in this beautiful villa for 6 nights. The home is perched up on a hill. 4 big bedrooms with en-suit bathrooms. The home was very clean and with modern amenities. We used everything available at the home. Swimming pool, Sauna, gym, game room with pool table, kitchen. The house was located walking distance to town and with many restaurant and shopping areas close by. Also, 5 minute walk to the sea. The host were readily available for any questions or advice on things to do in the area. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful villa"

"The villa was as nice as it looks in the photos. The pool and terrace are great. The beach is a five minute walk via the path under the main road (this naturally involves steps so young children might need to be taken to the beach near the two local restaurants 10 minutes along the road and across the pedestrian crossing). There is a very good supermarket a 10 to 15 minute walk away in the Omiš direction which has a car park and a cafe. Omiš is also easily walkable and has good restaurants and shops, a castle and a river with lots of water activities. The main road between the villa and the beach is noisy (unsilenced motorbikes seem to be popular) so bear this in mind if you’re sensitive to noise. Our host was very welcoming and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed a low season break in the sun. "

"The house is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures- so spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. Sanjay gave us a warm welcome with a Croatian spread of fruit, cheese, meat and a special type of tortilla like spinach pie. We stayed one week. The pool is not able to be heated to a comfortable temperature in the cooler weather which was disappointing- we wanted to turn up the pool heat, or even the jacuzzi, especially for the toddler. Everything else was perfect - so close to Omis, beach restaurants, we made day trips to Split and Trogir and Makarska. Our 4 young adults did the Omis zip line and were exhilarated. Shooko bar is charming for a pizza dinner, cocktails and watching the sunset. "

"The villa was perfect for our family getaway - there were 6 adults and 4 children between 4 and 8. The villa had everything we needed and the host Ivan was very communicative and really helpful, offering to take us to the bigger supermarket if we needed it (which we didn’t as there was enough around for us to get by on - shops and cafes.) Omiš was quick and easy to get to on the bus and split was just over half an hour on the bus so really easy too! I would definitely recommend!"

"Fabulous location with stunning views of Omis and the Adriatic. Crystal clear pool and not chlorinated which was wonderful. We had a warm welcome and a generous platter of local delicacies provided by Goran who was waiting for us. Our hosts were helpful and checked in on us by message. A very comfortable house and bedrooms with lots of spare linens etc. Having 5-10 minute walk to the beach (shallow and clear) was brilliant. Cafes and bars along the beach. Omis is lovely. Peaceful setting. We felt relaxed and had a wonderful holiday and first visit to Croatia. We will be back! A few notes - the pool is all one depth apart from the steps edge so may be difficult for those with limited mobility (to get in) and smaller kids. Also down the steps to the pool away from the house for line of sight. The pool gets the morning sun so a bit cooler in the afternoon (subjective of course!). Walk to the beach could be difficult for some as it is steep, uneven and loose underfoot at the top but well signposted. Walking back up in the heat could also be hard for some. Having said all that - worth the effort as you are straight onto the lovely beach. We went almost every day! Drive up to the house may be hard for some- a little narrow and steep in place but paved roads - as is much of the area. None of these diminished our experience and enjoyment but may be helpful to others to have this information."
