"THE PROPERTY WAS IN A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD. THERE IS A CARGO TRAIN THAT PASSES A FEW TIMES A DAY BUT YOU DO NOT HEAR IT. THERE IS A SCREEN THAT SHIELDS ANY NOISE AND VISION OF IT. THE HOST WAS KIND, GRACIOUS AND ACCOMMODATING. IT IS ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES FROM THE OLD TOWN OF REGENSBURG.CERTAINLY A PLEASANT PLACE TO STAY.IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THERE ISN'T ANY TV OR LOUNGE AREA. WE WERE THERE IN DECEMBER 2024 AND THE INTERIOR WAS VERY WARM AND COMFORTABLE.WIFI IS ALSO INCLUDED."

"My wife and I just spent four nights in Regensburg enjoying the town and the multiple Christmas Markets. The apartment was excellent in itself, but the location being so close to the train station, Thurm and Taxis, and old town was second to none. We enjoyed eating brunch at Rough Surface every day after our run along the river. Would highly Recommended "

"Das Haus war schön groß und entsprach den Bildern. Es waren ein paar Kleinigkeiten die nicht funktionierten z.B. TV, Türklingel, Rollladen defekt usw. "

"Todo estuvo increible , limpio , ordenado , la cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas . El trato con el dueño fue increible y en todo momento nos brindo ayuda con lo wue necesitabamos. Nos fuimos muy agradecidos y contentos ."

"Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Bei einem technischen Problem wurde schnell geholfen. Nachts ruhig. Zu Fuß alles im Ort zu erreichen."
