"My room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It feels more like an apartment, although there is no kitchenette. There is a mini-fridge, but no kettle. The location could get a bit noisy, being so close to the train/bus stations. Overall it's a pretty good stay. I would consider this place again if I'm in this area again."

"Stayed 4 night for business during Jan 2025. This is a pretty unique hotel - it is situated in a very old building (renovated, of course) right at Piazza dei Signori, so location can't be better. We never met Paolo, out host. However, he has been super responsive and helpful over whatsapp. I had a room with a balcony over the Piazza, so great view. "My wife and I stayed here 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Clean & modern yet retains it's country charm. The rooftop terrace is amazing. The bedrooms were large and nicely decorated. "Cute place with loads of Italian charm. Weather was rainy during out trip so couldn't make use of the rooftop deck. Stayed just two days before a cruise out of Ravenna and had a rental car. Not a lot to do directly in the area right around the apartment but was central and close for us to spend a day in Venice and also visit a nearby winery. Short drive to good variety of restaurants."
