"This is a decent stay with quite reasonable facilities. The place is kept clean and comfy. I've seen anything distributing only by steps stepping on toes of other visitors. Surely some of them don't really care much and so they make things look worse. That's quite understandable. But otherwise the stay was nice. "For the price, a great deal. One problem in the summer is that there is no airconditioning, but with windows open there was enough cool air to sleep. Some people might not like to sleep with windows open (no screen, but iron bars across windows) onto a street, but it did not bother me."

"It’s a 10 out of 10 from me. First time in Warsaw and chose this hotel at random and couldn’t not have been more impressed for value, design, professional & helpful staff and location. Well appointed, very clean & comfortable rooms with excellent beds/bedding. Reception staff were excellent, as was the restaurant/bar connected to the hotel ( Thankyou to Filip). I would 100 percent stay here again. Thankyou Royal Tulip Hotel you helped make my visit to Warsaw a great experience. -Justen M....

"Apartment was close to tram links so easy to get to the city centre ,we found the A/C wouldn't cool the room fully .It was of good quality and well equipped ,and suitable for our needs "

"Inside the building was quiet, no loud parties etc. However, my apartment was facing a street with a very busy and loud traffic of garbage trucks, cement trucks etc. during weekdays and it was rather tiring. Another inconveniene was that the aparment was facing south and was very hot during a day. If I knew all that I would choose an apartment away from the noisy street and facing north or east. "

"We love the convenient position of the hotel. It’s directly opposite Warsaw Central Station. Lots of shopping malls and restaurants extremely close by. The lobby and associated areas are impressive as well as the buffet breakfast, which was excellent. The swimming pool, saunas and especially the gym are great. The only criticism I have is the rooms are a little dated and the bathroom is small but otherwise we will definitely stay there again next time we visit."
