Amazing Property
Our extended family stayed here while returning to Dubuque for a family reunion. This is by far the most clean, remodeled, stocked Vrbo home we have ever stayed in! It really will blow your mind, the house is so incredibly nice and comfortable, we felt completely at home. Cathy was wonderful about making sure we had everything we needed, she even checked on us after a really bad storm! I hope this property is always available when we return because this is by far our number one choice to stay! ā¤ļø

Really great rental option for family in Dubuque
We had a great time at this property when in town with our teens. The kids loved the lower level for watching TV and video games and also the really nice backyard. Overall, a perfect spot!

The home had a great open layout and flow, excellent patio with lots of seating, modern kitchen. It was easy to get to and close to lots of restaurants and other activities. Close to Galena too and activities there.

The place was SUPER clean. Very nice place, would highly recommmend. Easy to locate, lots of restaurants near by. We enjoyed our time!! Large TV in living room and table large enough for 6 people to play cards around, prefect for us.

Perfect for our needs
The property was close to where we needed to be, conveniently close a a grocery store and when we realized it would be best to extend our stay the process was easy to add an extra night onto our trip since no one was booked immediately after us. It was everything we needed for our plans.

Our family traveled to Dubuque for Thanksgiving to visit our son. We celebrated Thanksgiving at the VRBO. The coziness and cleanliness felt like we were at our own home. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about this property and the hosts.

Home away from Home
This place was perfect for our family and grandparents. Beautiful clean home with lots of space. Nice backyard and patio with a tv. We really felt like we were home here. Cathy was very responsive. Nice location from downtown and about a 30 min drive to Field of Dreams. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home
My family traveled from Atlanta to Dubuque to spend Christmas with extended family. The home was newly updated, spacious, and had a fully equipped kitchen. We also loved its central location in Dubuque. The owners had it beautifully decorated for Christmas, which was a nice, caring touch. We loved it and would stay again.

Everything inside and outside of this house is super clean and neat! Everything inside the house is brand new and done in great taste. The furniture along with the beds were very comfortable! So much better than staying in a hotel / motel. Easy to find and close to everything that's needed for sightseeing!

Great Stay, Excellent House
This was one of the cleanest, most well stocked and thoughtfully organized rentals we have enjoyed. It is even better in person than the pictures. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything easily accessible. Cathy was very responsive and easy to get a hold of for any questions. We had four adults and two small children and had plenty of room to spread out. As a bonus, the check out procedures were crystal clear and reasonable! Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Wonderful weekend getaway
The home was exactly as viewed in the listing and even better!! The owners even did little touches to welcome as such as having games to play under the tree. It was also beautifully decorated for the holidays, we felt as if we were being taken care of at a bed and breakfast! Communication was excellent as there was one question on the heating in which they responded right away.. I would definitely stay again! Thank you Cathy!

The way it should be done
This home was by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. The home was clean, spacious, attractively, decorated, well stocked, and in a quiet convenient location. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and recently renovated. There was plenty of seating in the kitchen and dining room for a family. The kitchen had lots of cooking tools to be able to make anything you desired. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, and the cabinets were stocked with all of the things that you might have forgotten from toothpaste to shaving supplies to shampoo. The living room sofa was comfortable, and the television was sized appropriately for the space making it a great area to hang out in. The back patio had functional and well maintained furniture and the yard itself was private and sizable. The garage had space for two cars and even had an extra refrigerator if you were needing it for extra room for food or drink. The lower level had additional sofa and table seating as well as a small kitchenette. There was not one negative about this home. And the hosts were great with communication and the instructions for check-in and checkout were very clear.

When I walked in I was surprised. Everything looked amazing, clean and organized. There was everything there I needed besides my clothes and food. I was also happy to see all the household, cleaning and personal supplies were all brands that I use at home including seasonings. Instructions were clear and I was able to work everything in the home without contacting the property manager.

Wonderful, Spotless, Great Location!
My sister and I were in Dubuque for a family reunion. We both grew up near Cathyā€™s VRBO so we wanted to stay on the West end. The house is spotless, on a quiet street, beautiful inside and has everything you need and even a few things we didnā€™t realize we needed. Cathy had the perfect size cooler and ice for us to use for the reunion which was a lifesaver! The house is really big, we only used 2 bedrooms and didnā€™t use downstairs at all but we were very comfortable. The internet worked great, my work laptop had no issues connecting. The house is convenient to everything! Thank you for a great place to stay! Iā€™ll definitely be back!

Amazing property
We had to drive home due to a death in the family and found this property and decided to stay here instead of cramming our family of five in a hotel. What a great decision that was! This house is amazing - very well appointed with the newest appliances, furniture, even flatware and it's obvious every detail had been thought out. It's in a very quite neighborhood but right in the middle of town with a great grocery store right around the corner. The coffee maker started to make strange sounds and as soon as we text the owner they immediately brought a brand new one. There are many reasons to visit Dubuque and if you do I would highly recommend staying here if you do!! The only reason I gave it 5 stars was because there wasn't six!

The Best stay Ever!
This was THE BEST VRBO EVER!!!!! When I tell you this place was immaculate! It was sooo clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like home! The host supplied thorough instructions for everything! The neighborhood was safe and there was a grocery store in walking distance! All the furniture was comfortable and durable! The host supplied so many wonderful amenities that I wasn't expecting. The beds were so comfortable! Parking was awesome! The kitchen and appliances were A+! The outside back, patio furniture, and grills were so great! All the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were provided. There was even seasonings and condiments that weren't expected. Thank you, Ms. Cathy, for sharing your home with me and my family. We enjoyed EVERYTHING! Game night has never been better! A lot of fun, laughter, Karaoke and healthy competition took place! :) 100% recommend to anyone!

Everything we needed
This property was perfect for our needs. We were just in town for the weekend and for a short stay there were a couple of notable things I especially liked. For one, the cupboards were stocked with plenty of pots/pans dishes and utensils for cooking. Thereā€™s nothing so annoying as renting a place with a kitchen and not having the tools to use it. This has happened to us before but this property had everything and more. There were a variety of spices and oil in the cupboard as well. It has been my experience that everything that is not salt and pepper is usually discarded at a rental and itā€™s so handy when nonperishable items are left for the next person/family to use. There were also many consumables in the closets/cupboards for replacing as items were used. Things like paper products and even trash can liners are so helpful to have when traveling with a family of 7 people who can use a good amount of anything in a short time. Itā€™s so nice to just land at a location and have everything you need without purchasing something and having to buy way more than you need for a weekend. The house was situated in a quiet neighborhood but it was also conveniently close to a grocery store so if there was anything we needed in a pinch it was beyond convenient to go grab it. The host was super easy to communicate with and very prompt and professional. Overall we had a great stay and it was everything we were looking for for our weekend in town.

Clean house & comfy couch
We spent most of our time at the house during our stay in town. We really appreciated how clean it was and how accessible the host was for any questions. Also loved the big selection couch to kick back and relax. If the weather would have been better we could have taken advantage of the backyard porch!
