Great location
Check in info and Wi-Fi info was not correct but owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. Living room furniture needs foot stools or hassocks. Bedroom furniture was excellent. Very comfortable. Best location with craft brewery next door and Saturday fresh market right on Iowa street! We could get coffee in our Jammie’s!!

A Great Stay!
I really enjoyed this property. The location was very walkable -a brewery a few doors down, cool indie bookstore and several coffee shops and El May restaurant the next block up was the best meal I have ever had. The Farmer's market on Saturday's (May-Oct) is right in front of the apartment. The apartment was quiet , spacious and very clean. With a comfortable bed. Short walk to the library. About a 5-10 minute drive to the Riverwalk and the Mississippi River Museum. Ken is a very nice host. Will certainly return.

The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked. The location is easy to get to without going near the busy west end. The neighborhood was quiet. Easy walking in Downtown Dubuque. I’d stay there again!

Coming back home for a wedding we were excited to find this space! You are in a great part of town that has been rejuvenated and bustling. Farmers Market is RIGHT OUTSIDE of your door on Saturday mornings, do not miss out on this! Ken was a true gem to work with. Very quick communication and so helpful. The space itself is simple but everything you could need and so comfortable. Every room in the apartment has been thoughtfully prepared. No issues at all and would 100% stay here again.
