First time in Dubrovnik!
The apartment was perfect for our needs very clean, modern, had everything we needed. good location, short walk into town access to town via steps or slope. Steps to apartment (steps everywhere in Dubrovnik) we only stayed a few nights so it was a perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding areas, would recommend.

Wonderful apartment!
This place is just great! Very clean, quiet, close to the beach and Old Town, and a market above and below the complex! Lidia was super friendly, meeting me with the keys, and helping me to settle in on checkin! I stated here for 10 days and loved every minute! Do not hesitate to stay at Suncana 7!

Wonderful 10 days in Dubrovnik
The apartment is ideal if you are looking for convenience. It is 10 minutes walk from the Airport Shuttle Bus Stop. It is two minutes walk from a local convenience store. The lovely Banje Beach is five minutes away and the old city walls are just a short walking distance. The flat itself is very comfortable with its own balcony. The owner is also very friendly and accommodating. So much to recommend.

A brilliant apartment with ideal location
We really enjoyed our stay this week in Dubrovnik. The apartment was exactly as described and the location was perfect for the old town and Banje Beach. Be warned - there are a lot of steps! The apartment was a little tricky to find at first.. but worth it.

Lovely neighbourhood
A very smart, modern apartment .We sacrificed a view for the price we paid. We started every morning with coffee at Bikers Caffe just across the road, next to a supermarket. Although there were hundreds of steps everywhere, the apartment was accessible by the main road.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cute little apartment. Everything was there that we needed and we loved the convenient location - so close to everything! We’d recommend a small couch and coffee table for a seating area and soap for the shower to make it perfect. Thank you!

This is a great place to stay. Very convenient to walk to the Old City. Grocery store right across the street. Only criticism is there is no view of the Adriatic.

Perfect Apartment
Thank you for a lovely holiday. The apartment is in a great location, a short walk to the old town - down a few flights of stairs and then about a 10 minute walk with sea views to the old town. A supermarket is within a few minutes walk. We also took an excursion to Montenegro and the pick-up point was a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It really is a great location, just be ready for the stairs (which are all over Dubrovnik anyway). The apartment itself is very comfortable and you can just see the sea from the balcony!

Lovely apartment close to old Dubrovnik
A small, well equipped apartment within walking distance of Dubrovnik’s attractions. We spent a few lovely evenings in the old town, without having to worry about the prohibitive parking costs, along with days spent on the nearby beach. You have to be fairly fit walking back to the apartment as the are quite a few stairs, but not unmanageable for a not very fit 55 year old! We had a car and were lucky enough to find free parking about 200m from the apartment, however if you go in busier months, parking may be difficult to find, and the car parks are expensive. Lidia was very helpful and kept in touch to make the checking in very smooth. A lovely place and we would definitely return

Comfortable studio
We enjoyed our two night stay in Dubrovnik and felt very comfortable at this property, only a 10 minute walk from Old Town. The optional airport pickup and drop-off made the arrival and departure easy. The apartment is cozy, clean, modern and safe. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals and having the mini supermarket Pemo just up the stairs was very convenient.

Great apartment, everything as advertised
Excellent location for both the beach and the old town. Just beware, as plenty of other people have commented.....Dubrovnik has plenty of steep steps to negotiate, but the gain is definitely worth the pain in this beautiful location. Lidias apartment really cant be faulted, but could be slightly improved by the addition of a coffee caffatiere....and also a 2 seater sofa instead of the futon. Otherwise, first rate and we would happily stay again.

Clean and quiet
This was a comfortable studio apartment. It was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. The terrace was nice although it doesn't look toward the water, which you can see but just barely. There's a small market across the street that is quite convenient but as warned, there are steps - a lot of them. We enjoyed staying at the apartment.
