Really great location walking distance from Old Town. Definitely a plus that there is parking for your car since parking anywhere in Dubrovnik can be challenging and/or expensive. Place was clean and the hosts were responsive and friendly! Would recommend!

Darko and Anka are very kind and professional. The room and the facility were kept in a great condition. Although no daily house keeping was conducted, the room provided us all basic things from coffee to a water boiler. Anka was thoughtful and offered more than enough umbrellas to all guests. The location is relatively convenient with 8 minute walk to Pile Gate (also City Wall walk entrance) and one of the main bus terminals in Dubrovnik. Many good restaurants and convenient stores are within 10 minute walk. They also allowed us to store my bags before and after our check in and out. Highly recommended. (Please note, people with walking disability should think twice before going there given so many stairs in Old Town and surrounding areas)

What a great location in Dubrovnik. Five minute to Pile Gate, even have the view of old town from the window. The host was the nicest lady, very helpful and knowledgeable about the city. The room was super clean and the parking was easy and safe. I highly recommend this place.
