New apartment in Dubrovnik is situated in peaceful part of Lapad just 220 m from Uvala beach ( 5 min on foot) and next to the park- forest Velika i Mala Petka. The apartment consists of huge living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom with jacuzzi and completely equipped kitchen and dining area with built in fridge, oven, microwave, stove, also dish washer, washing mashine, toaster, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, tea cloths, pots..We also provide you all the linen, blankets and towels, made of comfortable materials and excellent quality.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment - 69 m2 plus 10 m2 terrace. In front of the building you can leave your car on private parking, no charge. If necessary the guests can have medical assistance house call, extra charge.

Your host Nikolina will be on your disposal 24/7 to help you with everything you need to make your stay in Dubrovnik unforgetable!

If you want to be fully relaxed walking through the forest and enjoy in beautiful beaches, restaurants, cofee shops, bars, shops etc. this apartment is your perfect choice!

For guests who arrive by car there is free private parking in front of the building. For guests who arrive by plane there is possibility of transport to the apartment and from the apartment to the airport, extra charge. Easiest way to get to the Old town is by public transport. If you use shortcut- stairs by the building- it will take you around 3-4 min to the bus station. By bus it takes around 10 min to the Old town, 6-7 min by taxi and around 40 min on foot. The best way to explore Lapad where are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, beaches, groceries stores, shopping centre, cinema, playgrounds for kids, promenade, tennis courtes etc. is on foot, because it is 5 to 10 minutes away from the apartment.

The beach, grocery store, bakery, coffee shops, restaurants, cosmetics salon and cinema are just 5 min away from the apartment (shortcut by stairs). It`s not allowed to smoke in the apartment, it is allowed only on terrace.

Great apartment with a great, super helpful host
We really e joyed our stay here. Nikolina went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable (arranging transfers, printing tickets). The apartment has everything you can think of to make you comfortable - the kitchen is fully stocked and we loved the location. Close enough to take the bus to old town but yet great area to be surrounded with with close supermarket, beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again - it was a great experience!!

Superbe appartement dans le quartier de Lapad. Vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Belles chambres, salle de bains spacieuse avec Jacuzzi qui fonctionne ! Très belle cuisine totalement equipée avec tout le confort moderne et un grand salon avec une climatisation flambant neuve ! Le principal atout est notre hôte Nikolina, un modele de disponibilité, de gentillesse, de joie de vivre, a l'ecoute du moindre besoin de ses invités et toujours prête a rendre service. Je recommande vivement !

Spacious apartment steps away from the beach
The apartment was fantastic. Really clean. Large and can sleep 4. Just a short walk from the beach and the Lopud promenade filled with shops and restaurants. A very convenient location. Nikolina,the owner, went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She arranged transportation and tours for us as well. I would definitely recommend renting this place.
