Apartment was lovely and clean, Ana the host was welcoming and gave us lots of information, she was around most of the time if we had any questions. There are lots of steps to get around Dubrovnik, but this would be a similar story wherever you stayed. We had a great time.

Great choice to stay
A really stunning location to stay in Dubrovnik. There’s a beautiful balcony with a comfortable seating area and you have a pretty good view over the old town and the ocean. Bed was extremely comfortable and all facilities were clean and working. Highly recommend

Excellent value for money and great to be close to the old town (walkable) with a great view of the city from the spacious balcony. I didn't see any apartments closer to the city, with such a good outdoor space. The owner and her team showed exceptional kindness and attention to detail, genuinely concerned that we had a great time. She offered additional services and information and was available for any questions that we had. Faultless! Thank you!

The apartment was spotlessly clean, was plenty big enough for the two of us, and was stocked with all necessary amenities. The welcome from the owners was lovely too - very personal and informative. There are a lot of steps to get up and down to access the Old Town but it helped work off a few of the Croatian beers at least! All round, an excellent stay

We stayed in Apartment 1 which is a cosy apartment perfectly located for exploring Dubrovnik old-town (just a 10 minute walk away, with a bakery, supermarket and several restaurants). The apartment is a nice size for a couple, spotlessly clean, and the kitchenette is well equipped. There are four apartments in the building and at times we could hear the shower/muffled voices from the next apartment, but not loudly or disruptive enough to be problem. The wifi was also a little slow and intermittent but again not any real issue. Our hosts couldn't have been any more welcoming and gave us some great local restaurant tips. They even carried our suitcases up the flight of steps from the taxi to the property, booked a taxi for our departure and stored our suitcases between check-out and our flight on our final day.

Lovely quiet apartment with stunning views
The apartnent is high up in Dubrovnik so great views and with outside terrace. Very friendly and helpful owner and excellent price. The steps are difficult but the apartment is worth it. Spacious and quiet. Beer on arrival is a nice touch and they are happy to hold your luggage

Simple room with nice view
The room was basic but was clean and comfortable. Having a small fridge was perfect so we could enjoy breakfasts from the terrace. Nice view from the terrace, but it's more obstructed by the roofs of other apartments than the photos let on. On the upside, the terrace is shaded by kiwi vines, which was a first during out stay in Croatia. The owner (Ana) was friendly and very helpful upon arrival, including arranging an airport transfer for our last day. As many other reviews have stated, it is quite a climb from the old town (388 stairs to be exact), so don't plan to be making frequent trips back to the apartment throughout the day. Also, the shower is VERY small (which is a shame, because the washroom could have accommodated a bigger shower). Getting in and out of it is a challenge, and don't drop anyone on the floor as you'll have to turn off the water and open the door to retrieve it. If you don't mind the climb and are looking for a quiet, simple place to stay in Dubrovnik, I would recommend it.

There were a lot of extras: a couple free beer & coke in the fridge, coffee, tea and kettle, art on the walls and a large wardrobe for clothes and modern bathroom. Extremely helpful and friendly, offering maps, suggestions and to book taxis for us. The shared terrace had a lovely view (maybe not quite as shown), but still lovely and was a great place to hide in the shade and have a glass of wine. Unfortunately, this apartment has almost 500 stairs (or 1000 steps) at a very, very, steep incline to reach the old city, so while technically, it may be only 15 minutes away walking, it was an incredibly intense walk, especially in 35 degree heat.
