We welcome you to our recently refurbished apartment in the Heart of the City of Dubrovnik. The apartment is situated less than 500 feet from the entrance of the historic Old Town–Stradun. It is a magnificent and enviable location to explore the city and its museums and beaches. There is not any need for costly and time-consuming transportation, as all the attractions are accessible by foot. This is the best location and the most desirable part of Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is located on hills and you will appreciate not needing to climb a thousand steps to get home after a day on the beach or strolling through the old town. This is one of the most important considerations for visitors to Dubrovnik.

The property is in the first row of the Adriatic Sea. You are one minute from one of Dubrovnik's most popular beaches, Beach Banje: you can go home to take a shower after every swim!

This spacious apartment provides the essential mixture of comfort and convenience. There are two rooms with high, fresco, painted ceilings, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. The views from the apartment are incredible. In front of you is the unobstructed view of the crystal-blue Adriatic Sea and island of Lokrum. In the evening, you can enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace overlooking the City and the Adriatic Sea.

Our apartment will provide you with a wonderful experience in exploring the city and giving you comfort. The location of the apartment is in the most prestigious part of Dubrovnik, Ploce, just a five-minute walk from the Ploce Gate of the red-roofed Old Town. The original Villa Svilokos, built by the old Dubrovnik sailor family, is adjoined to Hotels Excelsior and Argentina. As soon as you walk into the apartment, the incredible view of Lokrum island stops you in your tracks. The breathtaking views of the Adriatic stretch from the island of Lokrum around to Dubrovnik’s photogenic old harbor. All around, our terrace with stone fences and secluded corners in which to sit – are inviting you with a perfect glass of wine to enjoy the best view in the Med. Whether you’re sunbathing on Banje beach, dining on the terrace, lying on a sun lounger on one of the individual rocky outcrops nearby, or reading your book, spectacular scenery follows you wherever you go.

Little things let it down. We had to go and buy toilet rolls. Be nice to have had tea/coffee/milk there on our arrival. Curtains wouldn’t close and some shutters broken. Definitely needs updating as no hot water over bathroom basin. Great locationn

Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik
this is a lovely spacious apartment, fantastically located with beautiful views over the Adriatic sea and the Old town. A few minutes walk from the beach and the old town made this a perfect spot for a long weekend in Dubrovnik

Entry of building was filthy dirty and smelled of cat pee.
No one to meet us and help familiarize us with systems. Hard to get ahold of owner. Very frustrating. Inside the unit was clean and comfortable beds but very tired decor and furnishings. Loved the location but wished we would have stayed elsewhere. We did not have these issues with Air B and B later in the trip.

The location was a very short walk to banje beach and old town, and has a huge terrace with beautiful views. We very much appreciated the 2 bedrooms and large living room, washer and dryer, and cold air conditioning (we were in Europe during the August heat wave). This was a perfect place to relax and do laundry in the middle of a long European vacation.

The apartment had a fantastic view! The location was also fantastic! The "terrace" is 'shared' - which was not described accurately in the description. You may want to work on the kitchen faucet. You have to be very careful to ensure that it's "off". The towels provided were very rough and felt like sand paper on skin. Consider providing binoculars for the view!

Best Apartment location in Dubrovnik!!
We are two couples who recently stayed at the best apt.location in Dubrovnik!! To be able to walk into Old Town so easily is a real treat. The apt.itself is very comfortable and nicely setup for two couples. The main bed is a king size with a great view of town. The only concern we had was that the Internet was abit slow. We all really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Vera's apartment. Can't wait to return!!
