"We want to Dale Hollow lake for a quick fishing trip. Boating Mecca was a perfect place to stay, right down the street from the Dale Hollow State Park. I had a little trouble getting in the front door (totally my fault) and the owner was there in a couple of minutes to help me get in (I was entering the number incorrectly). The space was very clean and had everything we needed. They even left us a fresh baked plate of cookies and some of their farm fresh eggs. Will definitely go back! "

"A few families getaway for husbands to fish Dale Hollow. Location of property to boat ramp was awesome! View of lake from the house was beautiful! Extremely family friendly property, was loaded with games for the kids! Communication with Carrie & Matt was excellent! We had an awesome trip! "

"This cottage IS definitely “homey”! Cute little house with everything you need to make your stay in Burkesville complete and great ! Our grandson got married at an event venue and we were just 5 minutes away! It was wonderful to be staying so near to the wedding location ! It is located in town but a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!"

"It's a great house to stay at. Everything was easy to find and in working order. It was also so nice to have all the little extra details (coffee pods, makeup wipes, plenty of towels, hair dryer, etc.). We traveled from out of town for a funeral and it was great to have things we didn't remember (coffee) and not have to worry about finding it last minute."

"Golf trip with 7 people. House was perfect as it had 7 queen beds. Very clean. Peaceful in the middle no where. 16 minutes to the course. 5 minutes to the marina."
