Staying in Dublin
The location was good and that is the only positive I can give. We found out when we tried to check in that they wanted a photo ID of everyone in our group to make sure we were not minors. Had to go through the hassle of contacting VRBO to make sure it was legitimate and not someone trying to steal our identity because it was a third party we had never heard of before. After spending close to an hour getting checked in we got to try multiple lock boxes until we found the one with our key. We finally got into our room to find out there were no towels. After significant effort they said they couldn’t get us towels until the next morning. I understand why they no longer had hourly personnel available. What I don’t understand is why the third party manager didn’t hop in a car and bring us some towels since the fourth party cleaning crew screwed up. The towels finally arrived after 1:00 the next day, Just what tired sweaty travelers wanted to hear after traveling on a red-eye special the night before when sleep was minimal. There were no instructions in the apartment. We discovered after taking cold showers that the timer on the hot water tank was 12 hours off, heating the water for four hours at night and letting you take cold showers in the morning. After finally figuring everything out, we settled for the minimal hot water in the shower, the uncomfortable beds and the cheap uncomfortable pillows. My advice, find another place to stay.
