AVOID AT ALL COST
This place should NOT be advertised on hotels.com - it is as far from a hotel as could be. It was such a hassle trying to get the address in advance, as I had to send in my ID first, and even then they would not tell me the address until 3 days before check-in. When we arrived, we were very disappointed with the neighbourhood - the studio is located in the suburbs, in a run down housing complex with heavy traffic outside and smelly bins right by the back window which meant we couldn’t open any window and get fresh air. The carpet was dirty, the bathroom tiny and poorly lit, with the barest minimum - no soap etc. We asked the customer service (via whatsapp) if there were bathmats available, and they said no and told us to use “one of the small towels”. When I replied there were only 3 body towels (and we were 3 people so we couldn’t spare one for the floor) there was no reply. There were 2 microwaves, none of which worked.
We booked this place for 16 days and the thought of staying there for more than 1 night was so unbearable that we decided to find somewhere else to stay the rest of the time. The only positive was that the linen was at least clean.
