The TV didn't work and when I called the office....No one answered....The towels were dingy cheap and smelly...Thank God I always take my own.....They had a single cup coffee maker and no cups....My 5 year old grandchild asked....What kind of Hotel doesn't have cups... I'm a coffee drinker....No complimentary coffee....The sheets were dingy.. Just a hot mess...The staff was nice.

The hotel room had trash left inside, likely from the previous guests. The shower was making a pericing noise when it was turned on, which increasingly became louder as time went on. The tv did not function properly and the floor boards were substantially damaged from seemingly water, if not old age.

They didn’t have a room for me even though I had confirmation number from Expedia and 5 emails outlining my stay. Then not a room available anywhere in Dublin Georgia and Baymont didn’t care.

We arrived and staff was great, our room was outdated and in need of repairs that were safety hazards. Floor was not attached under the air-conditioning inside the room. The Tiles are coming completely up off the floor,the bathroom above the shower is in desperate need of repair as the roof is coming down. We woke up to no electricity at 3 30am and water in the floor all around the air unit. The door has been kicked in several times and wouldnt lock properly. We checked out after first night due to no power. The girl at the desk was in the dark but never wrote anything down in regards to our early checkout and our credit card was charged for 3 nighta instead of the one.We had made reservations there due to hurricane coming thru and had no other place to stay as everything had already booked up. This hotel is not up to the standards of a wydham property. We have called the hotel and are expecting a refund .
