"There are no staff other than cleaning staff. The entire place is electronic. It’s actually really easy. The biggest thing is there aren’t many restaurants close by for breakfast. Dinner choices are a bit better but still a little bit of a walk. Be prepared to walk or take cabs if you stay here. The room was nice enough. The bed felt hard when I sat down, but once I laid down it wasn’t. All in all a nice experience for a place to crash and it wasn’t too far from my office. M"

No elevator - not the best option for anyone who would struggle to carry their luggage up many flights of stairs. Rooms are small but comfortable. Bathrooms are quite small. However the poor communication to me from Hotels.com regarding the checkin procedure & security deposit left me out in the rain before getting into my room. Had it not been for the staff at the hotel guiding me it would have taken longer. The Hotel and staff were great. Hotels.com not so much."

"The best thing about this property is the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The area is residential and very walkable. The bus stop is close to the property and always on time and eaay to maneuver. It is only 15 mins from ciry center and there are restaurants and groceries near by. I would stay here again."
