All the public areas are nice, modern, clean and well laid out. The staff were all excellent, a really good feature of this hotel. My room was comfortable and I had a great view, 38th floor. I loved the automatic curtains and the free standing bath with a view! The bed was comfy. The only negative is that the walls seem quite thin so one can hear guests in the next room easily. The food was great, a good selection for breakfast and there are a few restaurants in the building for lunch and dinner. The Celcius buffet is very good.

Great Stay, Amazing views. It is probably the best for young professionals. There is so much to do within the hotel (clubs, restaurants, spa, pool). The staff was amazing. The pool is a bit small for such a huge hotel but I went usually at opening time & the space was pretty empty.

Great business hotel.
Lovely business hotel in a great location to the World Trade Center. Lovely room and comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and very nice. The service was fantastic throughout. The swimming pool is very small and gets very crowded. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area.
