Got the job done.
Staff were friendly. Check-in and out were fast. Rooms had the necessities without the bells and whistles, and were clean. Couldn't expect more for the price.requested for a dental pack and received. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very nice staff, clean room. Bad Wi-Fi (had to call them to get it fixed once every day of my stay), Swimming pool is as small as a bath tub (literally), one cup in the entire room, no cutlery.

After arriving from a 13 hour flight from Australia I was told that my room had been sold as I checked I at 7am due to the late arrival of my flight. It took 45 minutes to arrange another room - I was told I could check in at 2pm - which was useless as I only wanted the room for few hours before my next flight. Hotel was clean but construction near by kept me awake. Hotel staff were rude and not helpful

Richmond Green Hotel Dubai
Book and pay at your peril. Hotel management conduct EXTREMELY unprofessional. Booked and PAID IN FULL for the period 04/10/2014 to 08/10/2014 (4 nights). I took great care in choice and based decision on LOCATION and price. Advised hotel of late check in ie. 01.00am of the 05/10/2014. Arrived at 02.00am to find room was given away. Not very apologetic, just said we will find a replacement, did not argue as very tired and early hours of the morning. Substitute hotel NOT GREAT and location not ideal. Had to spend on taxis which was not warranted. MY ADVICE TO ALL TRAVELLERS - DO NOT BOOK AT RICHMOND GREEN HOTEL DUBAI AS YOU MAY NOT HAVE A ROOM WHEN YOU ARRIVE. NO APOLOGIES FROM MANAGEMENT

Old Hotel with a tired look.
although the staff were friendly and helpful, it was a pretty old hotel in need of refurbishment throughout. Had a tired, run down feel to it. Would not stay again.

CHEAP!! Hotel Manager!!
The hotel manager shouted at me and was very rude and would not take responsibility for one of his security personnel who had gone through my file. When I spoke to him about this he denied it and said the security was fired a day before.

Great stay
Good location a 5 minute walk from the Mall of the Emirates. A warm and friendly welcome upon my arrival at 1am, and the room was absolutely spotless. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
