جيدجدا في كل شيء، إلا الدخان فإنه مزعج ويتسرب في ا
لاحظت أن بعض الفنادق يكتب ممنوع التدخين، وللأسف أن بعض النزلاء يكون مدخنا ولا يريد من يزعجه بالدخان السلبي فيأخذ غرف غير المدخنين ثم يدخن بشراسة ويتسرب دخانه إلى الجيران ، وأنا وجدت أن بعض الفنادق يكتب على الطاولة ممنوع التدخين .

Got the job done.
Staff were friendly. Check-in and out were fast. Rooms had the necessities without the bells and whistles, and were clean. Couldn't expect more for the price.requested for a dental pack and received. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very nice staff, clean room. Bad Wi-Fi (had to call them to get it fixed once every day of my stay), Swimming pool is as small as a bath tub (literally), one cup in the entire room, no cutlery.

Un hôtel d'étape pour découvrir DUBAI.
Accueil très professionnel. Chambre accueillante, un petit problème d'infiltration d'eau dans la salle de bain (avec baignoire) qui devrait être temporaire je pense !? Par contre pas de fournitures de café ou thé sur le plateau d'accueil. Quartier calme, l'établissement se trouve juste derrière le MALL OF EMIRATES. Accès facile par le métro ligne rouge (venant de DXB) et en traversant le dit MALL et le parking se trouvant au RDC (level G) en direction de la gauche. A cet étage (devant la porte d'accès centrale au MALL niveau parking) passent également les bus touristiques pour découvrir DUBAI. Petits restaurants et quelques commerces de proximité juste au pied de l'hôtel. Possibilité de laisser les bagages en cas d'arrivée en matinée ou de départ tardif en toute sécurité dans le local à bagages. Équipe d'accueil et de gardiennage très sympathique.

After arriving from a 13 hour flight from Australia I was told that my room had been sold as I checked I at 7am due to the late arrival of my flight. It took 45 minutes to arrange another room - I was told I could check in at 2pm - which was useless as I only wanted the room for few hours before my next flight. Hotel was clean but construction near by kept me awake. Hotel staff were rude and not helpful

Hôtel un peu limite au niveau des chambres et des équipements, les lits sont assez rigide et du coup désagréable, mais propreté impeccable. Piscine et jacouzi sur le toit sont de vrai atout pour cet hôtel. Un petit doute sur les 3 étoiles mais le personnel est à l'écoute des clients et ça c'est vraiment agréable.

Rude and aggressive
Horrible stay, receptionist was very rude and aggressive when i complained that there was no hot water for mento shower. And he said i should shower in the pool shower!
