very good
we arrived early at 8:00 am so our room wasnt ready but they allowed us to leave our luggage while we went out exploring. The location is very convenient for transit aso we never needed to take taxi. Also lots of street food and shopping near by

Overall, it was OK, for a budget hotel. The receptionist were helpful - got me checked in early by mid- day. A/C was not working, one night - prompt response at the desk to be looked into the issue and sorted. Let me down with overall cleanliness. No coffee or tea available in the room. Area is dodgy-can’t believe it happening in Dubai

Naif View by Gemstones Hotel is a terrible establishment. The hotel itself is unclean. After a 16hr flight, I was checked into a room with a filthy carpet, unflushable toilet, dirty bathtub and non working tv. I alerted the front desk immediately and they provided me with a new room within the hour. The 2nd room mirrored the first. The carpet, mirrors and bathroom were filthy. The bed sheets were dingy and had tears in them. Even the furniture was old and water stained. I even asked the manager to come up and see what he’s provided. ONE THING IS CLEAR, there expectations for cleanliness and service is low. I checked out the next morning into a new hotel.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL FULL OF COCKROACH DONT LOOK AT THERE PICS ALL A BIG LIE. Disgusting carpet and everything not clean and to noisyyy i have worn u. BIG THANKS TO EXPEDIA I RECOMMEND BOOKING with them THEY HAVE NICE DEALS AND NICE CUSTUMOR care I had a issue and they replied fast with a solution very nice.

This is the worst 3 star hotel I have ever stayed, almost all services are crappie. Even with a lot of complaints, rooms were cleaned only 4 times in my 9 nights stay. The breakfast was bread daily with omelette has already been prepared. The lunch buffet was terrible I didn’t dare try it after the first experience. Staff are always finding excuses not to clean the rooms or take the garbage out. They just bring towels and toiletries and hand it over. Overall it was a terrible experience and will not recommend it for anyone. Business persons may find it more convenient as it is close to Souq Naif and Wasl.

Der var så beskidt og gulvtæpper var så beskidte at der var store pletter som var klistret. Fliser var flækket. Badeværelse hvor det drypper fra loftet og når du var i bad løb vandet ned i den anden ende. Der var mug og ingen toiletpapir da vi kom. Houskeeping var ikke ekstiserende. Rene håndklæder skulle vi diskuterer til og endte med at få et. Altan var nærmest saharas ørken med sand fra mange uger/år. Loftet var boblet op så maling faldt af. Køleskabet virkede ikke. En dag gik strømmen for en halv dag. Personalet var ikke særlige imødekommende, undtaget en nattevagt. Generel møg beskidt og mega slidt. Ren ulækkert at bo der. Har billeder som dokumenter dette!!!! Så at de har fået så mange stjerner undre mig meget. Positivt.. placeringen. Fuld af liv og tæt på guld, krydderi og stof marked.

I didnt like the 2pm check in. I came 12 midnight and i have to pay for another night even though i already got charged for two nights in my credit card . I reserved a famoky room but didnt get what i reserved got a room i reserved the ff. Day but they didnt give me a key for my room People and bell boy so friendly but when i say i want a taxi he gives me a private truck to.make money from me. Room is okay but. It doesnt feel really clean. Close to the street market or industrial area. I went outside service to do our laundry.

Hervorragend war das komplette Personal. Ob Mr.Zubair an der Reception, Mr.Sabahat als B.Boy oder Mr.Nikhil als mein Room Boy in der 5.Etage. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer entsprechen 3*. Frühstück ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, ermöglicht aber einen guten Start in den Tag. Die Lage in der Altstadt, mit kurzen Wegen zur Metro, wie auch Haltestellen der Bus Sightseeing-Touren, ist ideal. Genauso die Möglichkeiten in den vielen Seitengassen am Abend,ein billiges aber köstliches Essen zu finden. Rundherum eine Top Lage für Ausflüge jeder Art.

Нет ни одного повода остановится в этом отеле. Нет парковки и выехать из района не возможно из-за круглосуточных пробок. На двоих в "делюкс" номере нам дали ОДНО полотенце и все. Ключа от номера у нас не было, каждый раз приходил работник и открывал дверь. Все грязно. Вода конечно же не предоставляется. На завтрак только яйца и помидорки через раз и хлеб. Что бы с вами не приключилось не останавливайтесь тут.
