Overall, a lovely stay. Breakfast options were vast and enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The only downside is the lifts, for something that is supposed to be convenient, there were often queues and when one did arrive it was frequently at capacity, causing longer waits. The beach was nice and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

This hotel has two sides. The rooftop pool and the beach club are great facilities with views worthy of a 5 star hotel. I also really liked the Sports bar and service from Jim was great. The rooms tho. Clean and tidy. But basic. Think Premier Inn. Small - and ours was meant to be a Superior. We had a road view. Location very good however if you are doing things on the Palm. Other hotel nearby would be more expensive.

We absolutely loved our stay at the NH Dubai, everything was amazing . The rooms, the service, the food. So many options. The beach is gorgeous and my fav was the rooftop pool and restaurant which had amazing food. I’ll def stay here again.
