Stay at NH Collection was so nice and i cant find single thing to complain. I want especially give my thanks to Putri at front desk, as she helped me, with my extra day stay. My stay at NH Collection Dubai The Palm was absolutely fantastic. The facilities are modern and elegant, with breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. The location is perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my experience was flawless. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Lovely hotel, good selection for breakfast and lovely pool. Only negative if had to find one was the lifts were a bit hit and miss and took a while, which given how modern the hotel was and number of floors the expectation of them was higher. Overall lovely hotel though!

My family of 4 stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms. The apartment was clean and modern. The washing machine was of great help in dealing with kids clothing. The staff was great, the pool was beautiful, and the included breakfast was phenomenal. Would stay again.
