Great hotel, good location for business trips but also has amenities for downtime. The staff are very professional and we’re flexible about a late check out. Well done!!! The gym and pool are good. Need more kettlebells.

Great Hotel on the Subway Line
This is a very great hotel on the main NS highway and on the Subway line. The space is large, the rooms spacious and enough food and drink on site that you don't have to go out.

I was really pleased with the Hotel and its location. I was especially impressed with the service of the staff on the front desk who were very friendly and helpful. Esther went out of her way to see we had a lovely room and the extra bed we required. Yuki and Gerald were also very helpful. All in all we had a great stay!

The hotel looks nice and the staff offers a great service. BUT: I stayed theee nights and they put me in a room that was linked to the room next to it by a single door. The neighbors were really noisy yelling with children and family in the room until 3am one night. The hotel was definitely not full so I can’t understand why they put a single traveler who is obviously here for business in these rooms were clearly noise is an issue.

Business trip. I have stayed many times before Covid and like the hotel. My only feedback, the hotel needs to be more flexible and offer late check outs. Many flights in Dubai depart late in the evenings. This would be very customer focused approach.
