Hotel was great, Can definitely say it is a busy hotel. Metro station within walking distance was definitely a plus for our trip and very easy to understand. Checking in did take some time but once everything situated we was able to get our correct room.

Easy to access l, nice views of Dubai. Hotel room service was really poor. Only provided one towel for 4 people in bedroom apartment with two toilets. Never cleaned the room and next day when room was serviced they took all the towel away and when asked it took them nearly two hours to find and provide the towels.

It was an awesome experience living at Mercure. The rooms were massive. The view from our 38th floor was amazing. However we did face a few problems with room service for ex when asked for a few things it took a very long time to be delivered. The rugs in the room were never vacuumed. I’m sure if we asked they would have done it right away but it’s something that should be done anyway.

Helpful staff at good hotel.
Beyond the stay itself, the staff were extremely helpful throughout the stay beyond the usual requirements. Good facilities and large rooms.

1日目に2ベッドルームを予約したのですが、部屋がないと全く違う部屋に泊まらせられました。 その部屋のエアコンはカビ臭かった。 翌日強く言って本来予約した部屋に変えてもらいました。バスタオルなど頼んでも持ってきてくれないなど清掃が大変不満です。使ったコップも変えてもらえません。駅が近いのと安いだけで選んで残念でした。 エレベーターがなかなか来ないので下に降りるのも苦労します。 他のメルキュールであまり不満がなかったので選びましたがとても残念です。 "I booked a two-bedroom room on the first day, but if I didn't have a room, I could stay in a completely different room." The air conditioner in that room smelled moldy. "The next day, I strongly told them to change the room to the one I originally reserved." I am very dissatisfied with the cleaning, such as not bringing bath towels even if I order them. I was disappointed to choose only because the station was close and cheap. It's hard to get down because the elevator doesn't come very often.

1000 rooms, not enough elevators, this hotel is an adventure in queuing; from chk in to b'fast, check out to elevator waits. oh and if there is an error by check in staff, expect to have yr card blocked; thats apparently 'policy' despite leaving a deposit. ps no towels in room
