What I liked most was responsiveness! After being placed in a smoking room near an elevator, all it took (next morning) was informing staff that I’d requested the opposite and by evening a new room for the last two nights was provided. It was wonderful!

All the staff from reception to room service were fantastic . Room was clean and worth the money for a nice clean relaxing stay with nice pillows! I only wish they had a few channels in english with movies
