Casa Viva - Three Bedroom Villa

A beautiful three bedroom villa with maids room located in the stunning community of Casa Viva by Serena. Surrounded by lush landscapes, walkways, a communal swimming pool, fitness centre, BBQ area and children's play area - guests are in for a truly memorable stay. Downtown Dubai with its awe inspiring Burj Khalifa and mega Dubai Mall are a short distance away. Drive in the opposite direction and you will be in the Dubai Marina close to JBR Beach, cute cafes and restaurants.

Beautifully decorated and styled with comfort in mind, this three bedroom villa features an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove and dishwasher. The living area feels spacious and inviting featuring a plush sofa and smart TV with high speed WiFi throughout the villa. There is ample storage space under the stairs, and parking for two cars.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms:

Master Bedroom boasts a spacious layout with King sized bed perfect for two guests, walk in wardrobe, en suite bathroom and private balcony.

Second bedroom has a queen - sized bed to accommodate two guests and wardrobe for clothes.

Third bedroom has two single beds for one guest per bed and wardrobe space.

Please note that the second and third bedroom share a full bathroom with shower. All bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and towels.

Guests can enjoy the facilities that estate has to offer such as a communal swimming pool, communal BBQ area, children's play areas and sports facilities.

This villa has everything our Locations guests need to enjoy a relaxing, exclusive getaway.

Please note that the area is somewhat isolated, and nearby attractions will require a taxi or car to reach. For your convenience, guests can use Deliveroo, Talabat, or the Instashop app to easily order food and groceries.

Prior to the check-in date, guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports for documentation purposes. The standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM.

Please keep in mind that the included cleaning fee covers the apartment cleaning after your stay. If additional cleaning is needed during your stay, it can be arranged at an extra fee.

While a starter pack of toiletries is provided for your convenience, consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not supplied in the apartment. It's recommended to plan accordingly.
