I got there on my check in date and my booking information wasn’t available at the front desk. The front desk wasn’t helpful at all, I called Vrbo myself but still I couldn’t get sorted. I didn’t stay at the place. I had to book another place. There’s an option of texting the owner of the property, I did that but I haven’t received any response not from the owner not from Vrbo. The Vrbo virtual chat is completely useless as well. It was a terrible experience. On top of that my cash was deducted, I really hope I am going to get refunded because it’s a terrible experience I’ve had so far with my bookings with Expedia.
