we booked this apartment hotel upon excellent reviews mostly. all were correct. the staff are friendly , the apartment was spacious , clean, quite with all requirements met. the area is ok , full of services and very close within walking distance to Emarites Mall. we would recommend this place to our friends and family specially it is reasonably priced.

Arrived 3 am with a child and a baby, the hotel kept saying that they didn't receive the reservation, I had to contact Expedia to resend the confirmation to them again. At 6:30 am they called asking us if we smoke, or if we have done anything with the kitchen, we simply were asleep. yeah, that was an unprofessional experience, I would never try this hotel again.

The housekeeper Kamlesh worked very well.
The hotel is located in a good place. There was hot water, the shower was warm, the engineers quickly raised the water temperature. The housekeeper Kamlesh worked very well. All receptionists were helpful. We will be staying at this hotel in the future.

Good family hotel close to MOE (12 min walk) and right next to a supermarket. Budget friendly, well maintained and clean. Cannot comment on breakfast or food because we didn't try this on any day. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our needs.

A gym was ruined
There is only 1 thing great about this hotel which I can rate 100%, the hotel staff, so friendly and helpful beyond any word can describe. This is not my first time to stay in the hotel , but mostly will be the last. Used to be hidden gym, very clean , modern, comfortable and great price hotel. I was shocked with the condition of the room, it was poorly taking care of , and aged really bad. The hotel used to be true ( HIGH ) 4 star hotel , now in best case i will give it ( LOW ) 3 Stars hotel. with little extra money you can get many better other options.

Spacious Apartment
It was amazing. We missed the apartment with Balcony this time but the one we got was fantastic. Special thanks to Surya from housekeeping for being so nice and accomodating to our needs. The whole team was very nice from the Butler to the security guard who helped us with any information and our baggage.

My sister and I was violated at this Hotel at the women locker/sauna area for women only. A male staff enter the women locker/sauna room knowing that were inside using the dry sauna and we were naked at that time and there a clear see through window. This Hotel should be black listed from any one visiting Dubai.
