Ocean Heights is located in the heart of Dubai Marina, within walking distance of restaurants and bars, shops and marina walk. Our apartment is only 3 KM (10 minutes) from the famous beach JBR, 3.1 KM (11 Minutes) away from Marina mall, 7.1KM (14 minutes) away from The Palm, 24 KM (18 minutes) away from expo 2020, 30 KM (28 Minutes) from Airport and many different golf courses.
Our apartment has Sheikh Zayed road view and facilities include a supermarket with home delivery, restaurants, access to the marina for a nice walk or run, a brand new and fully equipped gym, a gorgeous marina view, a kids pool and play area.
This modern and minimalist 1000 square foot one bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with its ensuite bathroom and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed.
Guests have full access to pool and gym.
We combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any inquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide housekeeping services for short stays at an additional cost.
We require passport copies of all guests as per the UAE Law

we will always try and accommodate early check-ins according to your needs when our calendar permits.
This is a residential building and we have a strict no parties/events policy
Lost Access Card replacement fee 250/-
We respectfully remind you that any items brought into our apartment are brought in at your own risk. We shall not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any property owned by the guests or anyone connected to the guests during their stay at our apartment by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
