This place was wonderful! It was decorated beautifully yet was so cozy. It had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The drive to the place was stunning and enjoyable. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Absolutely Beautiful
The cabin was so cozy, and adorable. The kitchen was stocked very well, as was the bathroom. The bed and pillows where so comfortable I slept great. We had plenty of room for 2 people and 2 big dogs (German Shepherds). Would absolutely stay again.

Property was exactly as described. Nice and peaceful, Ark and Creation Museum were awesome. Snacks and supplies provided were very nice. Edwardo's Pizza in Williamstown makes excellent pizza. Everything about the cottage was high quality.

Chic & Cozy Cottage
We absolutely loved our stay! The place was decorated so beautifully with such a cozy feel to it. The place had everything we needed for our stay and it was easy to get in touch with the property owner. The drive to the place was lovely - it gave us a true feel of the Kentucky countryside. We would love to come and stay here again!

We had the greatest stay at the Sunny Hill Cottage. Rick had it stocked with everything we could need. Location was perfect for us. Private with a view of the lake. Can’t wait to come back to the cabin.

Over and over I found myself saying, out loud, "I love this little place!" A sweet old place lovingly redone so well. Immaculately clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It was absolutely perfect.

The Cottage was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed, very clean, the beds were wonderful. The neighborhood was great. Notes: you must carry your luggage up and down steps. We loved it!

My daughters and I just wanted to take a quick getaway. We chose this cottage because of its close proximity to the Ark Encounter but I was also looking for a nice view from the neighborhood and this place delivered. It’s also pet friendly, very clean, well equipped, cozy and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic small cottage was perfect for our quick getaway. Clean, cozy, rustic, cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Me and my wife agreed it could be a vacation in itself to just go and hang out there and relax for a week. Very well furnished. Your clothes, toiletries, and food is all you need to have a relaxing stay.

Beautiful, quite, and cozy.
The property is quiet, clean and beautiful. We loved our stay. My wife can never rest on trips staying in hotels, and she slept great! Great access to the Ark Encounter, and a short drive to the Creation Museum. The host quickly responded to all my tests and was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

We stayed here while attending a conference at the Ark. It was such a nice place to come back to each night. It was beautifully decorated. Very comfy. We had everything we needed. Loved hearing the birds in the mornings. We loved it!
