A perfect base of operations for local attractions
The location was perfect for visiting The Ark Encounter, and The Creation Museum. It's in a quiet subdivision in a peaceful area. It's new, and meticulously clean. There are no fancy frills, but everything you need to be comfortable is provided. Very highly recommended!

We went for a family weekend with my daughter and her husband and 3 boys 9-14. The house was a perfect location and a great neighborhood! The house had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family came to go to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. It’s all small towns it seems so wasn’t tons to do but that’s ok. At the house there were games to play, lots of dishes and spices so we could cook dinner. My youngest likes to pick our VRBO’s so she looks for houses that have rooms that have 3 beds for her and her 2 sisters to stay in the same room together and this had that plus and additional spare room with a full bed and the master room. They thought of everything when it came to stocking it from feminine products, tooth brushes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We didn’t lack anything. In a quiet neighborhood. There is a train track right there with regular scheduled trains but that didn’t seem to bug us. I would definitely recommend this house and definitely stay here again if we were to come back.

Truly a great experience
The owners or managers of this rental property truly had their customers in mind. This home felt as if it had been set up to be a home, not just a rental space. The open kitchen and living room were perfect for allowing us all to spend time together without being cramped or cut off from others. The sleeping spaces were likewise large and felt like it was intended to truly be a home, not just a rental space. We are a family of 5, but had 2 last minute additions to our trip with my MIL and my husband's cousin joining us. The house easily accommodated all 7 of us while still having plenty of space that we didn't feel as if we were in each other's personal space. The kitchen was well equipped and even stocked with basic consumable items (salt/pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, etc). The back patio was a great place for the adults to drink coffee in the quiet neighborhood while preparing for a busy day. Our youngest is 2 so we always travel with a pack-and-play or something for him. I was impressed that there was one already at the home and the master bedroom and walk-thru closet were plenty large enough to accommodate such a sleeping requirement. There were also toys and books perfect for his age. All in all, the home was very kid friendly which I've not always found in a vacation property. All in all, a great stay. I had no need to contact the owners/managers during our stay, but prior to our stay, Nikki was very responsive to any messages. Wonderful place to stay!!!

We enjoyed our time in this nice, clean condo. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We visited the Ark, Cincinnati Zoo, and Coney Island waterpark and had a great trip.

The house was perfect. It was so cute and well stocked with kitchen stuff. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We sat on the patio in the back and enjoyed the birds singing and watching squirrels play. The beds were comfy. It fit our family perfectly.

Beautiful home
This property is in a small neighborhood and is easy to find. It is centrally located to the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum as well as being within an hour to Cincinnati, Ohio and Indiana. We used it as a base to explore the areas north and into Dayton, Ohio which has the Air Force Museum and the Wright brothers memorial. Exceptionally clean home with wonderful unexpected amenities such as coffee and cleaning supplies. Host is very prompt with information and made our stay a wonderful experience! Highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous!
So clean, the split bedrooms was a joy, since one of us likes to stay up at night watching tv!!! The Decor was excellent!! Very close to The Ark encounter & not far from The Creation Museum!! Try Beans restaurant & bakery, excellent and so close!!! My sister and her family are planning on returning!!!
