"Location of hotel is good with access to the beach and cafe. It's a short distance from the old town with a bus stop just outside the hotel which cost 1 Euro. I had a room in the adjacent building in -1 level with a garden view. Room was nice but some details showing signs of age and wear especially the bathroom. Sauna facility was good. "The property was nicely remodeled - the rooms are great, including a comfortable mattress. The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant offers a very large amount of portions from a multiple course menu. It was very delicious. Also, the proximity to Old Town Budva and the waterfront makes it prime real estate. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Location is perfect, it's few steps away from the beach and also the entrance to the old town. Cafe right next to beach has a lounge deck area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from walking around the old town and a short walk to the marina which also has many restaurants. I had upgraded to the executive suite on the 3rd floor with a balcony sea view. The room is very spacious with modern bathroom facilities.
