Off the deck you are meer steps to the lake edge where kayaks and paddleboat can be launched. A large level backyard is great for yard games and the waterfront patio and dock are ideal for enjoying the gorgeous scenery by day and can offer a cozy campfire retreat by night. Lake is ideal for fishing, wading and swimming. It has a very gradual grade to deeper water, no sudden drop offs or big rocks on the bottom. Four single kayaks and one double kayak with oars as well as a paddleboat await your arrival. Explore the serene 80 acre lake in peace as this lake is a non motorboat lake. No gas powered engines allowed.
Also guest will have access to the community center where an indoor pool, racquetball courts and game room/arcade await inside and outside boasts a playground, sand volleyball court, basketball court and a tennis and pickle ball court. Also has a large beach area as well as and a Resturant and Bar. All sports equipment for the activities can be picked up at the clubhouse or you can bring your own.

Pa Fishing license is required for fishing. All fishing is Catch and Release.
