"Lovely hotel, quite grand with big old-fashioned lobby. Average breakfast and rather limited bar food menu (restaurant closed when we there) but the food we had was quite good. Rooms very comfortable, spacious, super clean, brand new bathrooms. Small issues: carpet could do with replacing though and no usb sockets. "

She said she would have to reach out to the extensive housekeeping team and made it seem like quite an imposition. I waited for 10 minutes and she never approached me with an answer.
