"Hostess was fabulous giving instructions on entry into property. There was grass clippings and dirt in the main entrance upon entering but the remainder of the home was very clean. We should have asked for more specifics about where all 12 of us would sleep but we finally found 2 inflatable mattresses under the stairwell with duvets and pillows ( no bed sheets or pillow cases). There were small things like dirty baseboards door edges and fans that make a difference to first impressions. Also attention to repair details would take a very nice property to a special one. While there were some minor issues (the dryer and freezer didn't work, and the security code was incorrect), they were all promptly fixed by the management company. "The house was nice and clean but there was no air conditioning, and it was close to 38 degrees C. The house had some fans but the temperature inside never cooled down much. I assumed when I made the reservation that they would have air conditioning, but I didn't check. I learned my lesson."
