"The villa was ideal for our needs and situated in an area we love. Spacious, light and airy and with the added benefit of a ceiling fan in the main bedroom was a godsend together with a very welcome, ‘welcome pack’ We would recommend a hire car and there is the benefit of off-road parking. All in all, an enjoyable stay, thanks Nicola."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It’s modern, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well- equipped for self catering purposes. The beds are great. The garden area is well maintained and the view lovely. The house is out of the main tourist areas and in an excellent location for visits to see some of the island. We hired a car for most of the stay and is very useful. We did have a bit of difficulty in locating the property in the dark on the first evening, as the signs for...

"We stayed here in the week leading up to our wedding - very central, walking distance to shops, harbour and beach. Great location to be able to meet up with wedding guests nearby. We hired a car to get to places further out, parking space with the townhouse. I don’t think the photos do the space justice, it’s larger than I thought inside. The outside space gets the sun the whole day, the dishwasher was a bonus! Really enjoyed our stay and just booked again for next year!!"

"Lovely town house we liked it as in walking distance to beach and restaurants and a car space for our hired car which we recommend if you want to see this beautiful island and visit the many restaurants out of coral bay too. "

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at Polis Gardens, and had a great holiday experience. The apartment was clean with the complex gardens and patio area well kept. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ and relaxing on an evening. The location is situated in a quiet part of town, though a hire car is recommended to visit the beach and other nearby villages, yet it’s just a 15/18 minute walk to polis for bars and restaurants. The real highlife was the fanatic large pool which we all enjoyed. ...

"We could not fault James and his property, he was a font of knowledge, places to go, restaurants etc. Collection and return from the airport was a real bonus. Regular checks to see if we were OK. Top man."

"Nice clean place that stayed cool in the heat. Great location walking into town or to the market close by and the neighborhood restaurant. The furniture patio was a bit worn out and so was the community pool chaise lounges. If they spiffed that up it would be ideal. Mathew was super helpful. Very relaxing stay. Thanks!"

"A lovely villa that feels like a home rather than an impersonal house. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Lovely outside space and a great pool. In a quieter residential area but within walking distance to a great restaurant and shop. Around half hour walk to paphos harbour but taxis are available and reasonably priced and take a few minutes. Had an amazing relaxing holiday and would recommend the villa. The host was great and answered any queries I had before the stay and checked...

"Great apartment in a quiet development. Enjoy pool or just admire from sunny patio. Walkable to harbour and old town, though taxis are cheap. Definitely recommend!! "

"We are a family of 6 visiting Akamas. This village house is well maintained and clean, and the kids really enjoyed the deep and refreshing swimming pool (so unexpected in the village!) The location is centrally located, 30 min from Latchi, Polis, Lara. The only negatives are that the beds are a bit firm and you have to be very careful with the hot water - it is scalding hot. Vasiliki is a lovely host and very responsive. All in all we thought it was wonderful and would absolutely come here...

"This is the second time we have stayed here. We love the area and the house is such a great location, we love the roof terrace. It is very spacious, the owners are so easy to communicate with and are always willing to accommodate a late check out. We will be booking here again for our next trip to Cyprus :)"

"Very comfortable and spacious house … everything was there that you might need… comfortable beds and living room sofas, immaculately clean thanks to stu and Ann who are always on hand should there be a problem … car really needed but there are two excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk..communication with Ernst was excellent..There is nothing negative I can say about the property. "The villa was lovely clean loved the pool there were some issues with the outside lights the dishwasher didn't work but we had a great holiday very relaxing and very quiet lots to do and see but you definitely need a car to get around the view's from the villa are amazing we are thinking of booking again for 2024"
