"The hotel is bang on in the centre of Killarney, super location. The town public car park is a very short walk away. The reception areas / bar etc are lovely. There is a good atmosphere in the hotel. Upstairs (bedroom area) is a little bit dated."

"The hotel was smart, the rooms were warm and comfortable the staff were very helpful and the food was superb. Tricky to find a parking space after 5.00pm but doable. A couple of coat hooks in the room would be handy for hanging damp coats on instead of along with dry clothes in the wardrobe. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again."

"Excellent 3 day break staff were so helpful and attentive hotel it self was beautifully decorated for Christmas only down side was the car park and the near impossibility to get parking in the public car park due to big ice skating event "
