There is an indoor communal swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment!
This property has a fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay.
Staying here also allows you access to the open garden.


As a self-catering static caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a 50in smart television, free wifi internet access and a ps3 with games sing star microphones dvds for that fun night in or the rainy days with plenty of board games and puzzles cards domino's etc..
We have cctv outside for extra peace of mind and a washing machine and outside shed from 10th Aug..

In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed with ensuite wc..
The second bedroom contains a bunk (sleeps 2) bed.
There is additional sleeping space in the house, comprising a double sofa bed.

The first bathroom is ensuite and has a toilet and sink.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking/vaping is not allowed.
- There is free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.. if you have a 2nd car please park one in the car park to the rear not on the grass please.
- Pets are not allowed at the property due to family allergies..
On day of departure Please take all rubbish to the site bins.
Please make sure all windows are closed and all lights turned off and interior doors left ajar..
