We rent an apartment with feel-good factor, in the attic of a small, newly built guest house with three apartments.
The house is located in Dresden "Strehlen", the district where already the Saxon royal house enjoyed his rest.

The apartment has all the essential amenities and facilities that offers everything for a relaxing holiday.

On the large roof terrace, the spacious living and kitchen area adds.
The bedroom has a comfortable and large bed. Load you surprise!

Of course that's not all. You get with us the best connection to the public transport network.
You can reach all important sights via the tram-bus S-Bahn network of the city of Dresden.

In our Dresden district "Strehlen", which Saxon kings have already chosen as a resort, the construction of Wilhelminian villas, farmhouses and small inner-city architecture meets. All within an old village center, which borders on the Dresden city center.
You expect the latest standard and a really big and sunny roof terrace!

Immediately next to our quarter you have several tram and bus service in the center and surroundings of Dresden.
A S-Bahn station, a nearby motorway junction (eg to Prague or Berlin). The main station is also directly accessible. If you come by plane we offer you an airport transfer on request. Your car is quiet and safe in the adjacent small side streets.

The Dresden district of Strehlen was an independent village until the turn of the century. Not far you will find the largest park in Dresden with park railway botanical garden, gondola pond and beer gardens, the "Great Garden". Villas and old farmhouses border our street. Not far from us is also the University of Dresden with its student life. Discover the city from here! You have tram connections to the center (10 minutes) or bus to Pillnitz with castle and park or the S-Bahn to the heart of the "Saxon Switzerland" with its beautiful mountains and hiking trails. We are happy to advise you to explore unknown destination.
You do not have to go hungry, around the corner there are small supermarkets, some bakers, German, Italian and Greek restaurants. Recently a fine wine bar.

High Standard & Comfortable
We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The property is stylishly decorated with lovely photos of Dresden from the past and the facilities are of a high standard and very clean. We slept very well as the bed is comfortable and the location was quiet during our stay. The apartment is situated in a residential area which felt safe and provided amenities including a supermarket and bakery just 2 minutes walk away. There were a selection of restaurants also close by which Peggy and Torsten have detailed in their "House Book". We ate at two of these restaurants (Greek and Italian) and found them to be of a good standard. Getting into the centre of Dresden is very easy because the tram stop is just around the corner and the journey takes about 15 minutes. Although there is no allocated parking for the apartment, we were able to park close by and on most days directly outside the apartment in the small residential road. We would be happy to stay again in this lovely apartment.

Sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung. Sehr gut gelegen, öffentlicher Nahverkehr gleich um die Ecke. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Besonders schön ist die große Dachterrasse.

Dank der super Anbindung an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, ideal für Ausflüge in Dresden oder die sächsische Schweiz. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight zum entspannten essen und chillen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung! Jeden Tag haben wir mit unserem Hund Ausflüge gemacht. Dresden ist eine wunderschöne Stadt! Den Abend haben wir dann bei schönem Wetter auf der Dachterasse genossen. Wir werden wieder kommen und würden uns dann freuen bei Euch buchen zu können!

Es war eine tolle Woche. Die Ferienwohnung wunderschön. Die Dachterrasse lud abends noch zum Verweilen ein. Top sauber, schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Bahnhaltestelle direkt um die Ecke. Ecke. Einziges Manko waren die Matratzen. Die waren leider viel zu weich.

Schöner Aufenthalt, jeden Morgen den Start mit Frühstück auf der Terrasse gestartet, dann den kurzen Weg zu Straßenbahn und los zur Sightseeing. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig in der Nähe, andererseits für die Lage in der Stadt verhältnismäßig ruhig und nie Schwierigkeiten gehabt vor der Tür ein Parkplatz zu bekommen. Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen. :)

Schöne , verkehrsgünstige Wohnung
Die sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung liegt in 100m Entfernung zu zwei Straßenbahn- und zwei Buslinien, sodass man in kurzer Zeit alle interessanten Punkte in der Stadt erreichen kann. Auch die S- Bahn für Reisen ins Umland (Meissen!) ist nur zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen entfernt.

genau richtig, wie beschrieben
Die Wohnung wurde genau so angetroffen, wie beschrieben, inklusive Sonnenschein. Zwei Fragen, die wir vor der Anreise per Mail stellten, wurden schnell, persönlich und sehr nett beantwortet. Die nächste Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist eine Minute entfernt, der nächste Supermarkt und Bäcker, wenn man langsam geht, zwei Minuten. Durch die Seitenstraße liegt die Wohnung aber sehr ruhig. Mit der Bahn bis zur Semper Oper sind es etwa 20 Minuten. Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen.

Schöne Sommerwoche im sonnigen Dresden
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der liebevoll eingerichteten FeWo. Besonders genossen haben wir die tolle Dachterrasse. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. In zwei Minuten ist man an der Tram....zum Stadtzentrum ca 15 min.

Sonnige Wohnung in bester Lage!
Toll ausgestattete Wohnung in sehr zentraler aber dennoch sehr ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung mit der Superterrasse sehr wohl gefühlt. .... und das Beste wir konnten unsere Hündin Lulu mitbringen! Es war ein sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt.
