Romantic attic apartment in beautiful Laubegast neighbourhood in Dresden

Our exclusive top floor apartment (approx. 40sqm) is a perfect place for two people to stay on the weekend or for a longer trip to Dresden. The apartment is located near to the Elbe River in the quiet neighbourhood of Laubegast. It has floor heating throughout the apartment and blackout curtains on all windows. The brand new kitchen offers a great place to sit and eat as well as many other amenities: dishwasher, ceramic stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Tableware, glasses, pots, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are available as well. Comfortable chairs, a coffee table, and a Queen-sized bed (160cm) with included linens invite you to relax in the apartment. For entertainment we offer a flat-screen HDTV with satellite TV and a stereo with CD/MP3 player with an iPod dock and digital radio. There is also a large closet with plenty of hangers to accomodate your wardrobe.

Coffee & tea and a glass of champagne for our guests are included. Breakfast service is available upon request by the landlord. Shower & WC with each a terry bath towel per person and for private use.

The apartment stay is wonderful

Sehr schöne helle Dachgeschoss Ferienwohnung. Modern stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gute KüchenAusstattung mit Kaffee und Tee vorhanden. Begrüßungssekt und BrötchenService machten den Aufenthalt besonders. Obwohl es für uns ein beruflicher Aufenthalt war, fühlte sich die Zeit wie Urlaub an. Riesen Lob an die Ferienwohnungvermieter.

Ich habe schon viele verschiedene Ferienwohnungen in Dresden besucht. Diese ist wirklich eine der schönsten. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und uns wurde die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet, ohne dabei überladen zu wirken. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und viel mehr Platz als wir anhand der Bilder erwartet hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Aufenthalt betrug 4 Wochen . Das App. ist perfekt ausgestattet, schön hell und ruhig. Besonders reizvoll war der Ausblick hoch über den Dächern Richtung Erzgebirge und des Nachts der Sternenhimmel. Wir waren ohne Auto dort und konnten in alle Richtungen mit den Öffentlichen unsere Ziele erreichen. Bei Bedarf wurden Fragen und Wünsche sofort mit den Vermietern sehr freundlich kommuniziert und geklärt. Verwöhntage in Laubegast
Olaf und Lars sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Mit vielen liebevollen Details ,wie kaltgestellter Sekt, Brötchensevice etc.und auch durch den persönlichen Kontakt haben sie unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Die Gastgeber waren vor Ort und für uns immer erreichbar. Das Appartment ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Unser erster Ferientag fing mit einer sehr netten Begrüßung an, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und mit den örtlichen Gegebenheiten vertraut gemacht. Als wir dann unser Zimmer (Apartment) betraten waren wir mehr als überrascht und angetan. Zwei große bodentiefe Fenster ermöglichen einen wunderschönen Ausblick ins Grüne. Auch das Apartment an sich, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, von Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank bis hin zur Klimaanlage fehlt es einem an nichts. Sogar für lichtempfindliche Gäste, ist für eine rundum Verdunkelung gesorgt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der super funktionierende Brötchenservice mit frischen Brötchen, welche man sich jeden Morgen selbst aussuchen kann. Auch ist die ruhige Lage durch die etwas größere Entfernung vom Stadtzentrum vom Vorteil, denn Verkehrslärm ist kaum wahrzunehmen. Trotzdem hat man gute Anbindung durch Bahn oder Bus zur Innenstadt. Ansonsten bietet der sehr nahgelegene Elberadweg gute Radfahrmöglichkeiten für Radfahrer oder Fußgänger. Abschließend können wir sagen, dass dieser, einer unserer schönsten Urlaube in Dresden war, durch das schöne Apartment und nicht zuletzt durch die sehr netten Gastgeber. 😊 Vielen Dank für Alles, wir kommen gern wieder! 👍

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in dem Appartment mit Klimaanlage und Frühstücks-Brötchenservice. Kaffee (Espresso mit Kapselmaschine, umweltfreundlich mit Nachfüllkapseln) und Tee waren im Preis schon enthalten und die Espressoauswahl war sehr gut. Ein schönes Panoramafenster, der Bäcker, Metzger, Gemüsehändler direkt ums Eck, und eine gute Verkehrsanbindung samt Fahradverleih in 10 Gehminuten machen das Apartement sehr empfehlendswert. Sehr nette Gastgeber sind gerne behilflich bei allen Fragen Rund um Dresden. Straßenbahn Linie 6 bringt einen schnell ins Zentrum.
