"Some of the staff are amazing and some have an attitude that you are doing them a service - We love the restaurants and Radebuel overall is fantastic - we specifically chose the hotel as it has a great Gym but we were very disappointed that the gym only opens after 8 or 9 am in the mornings as business people we want to have exercised showered dressed and eaten to go work - this was the only downside of this lovely hotel "

"From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the service was efficient, friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was made up every morning when we had breakfast. The room amenities were excellent land much appreciated😆. There were a free bottle of water, a Nespresso machine and in the lobby fruit juice, water, bonbons and fruit to take as much as you wanted to.
