The Wagner Restaurant has the best breakfast with a small town diner feel - we ate their every morning for breakfast. "I am so happy we picked this cute studio loft for our visit. In addition to the excellent location, the studio was remodeled perfectly and equipped with top of the line amenities... better than any hotel! "Perfect place to stay in Penn Yan. The wine bar below is a gem! Couple that owns it is lovely and food, drinks and service was great! Definitely make a reservation for brunch! The only little down side of this place was the steep steps to carry up luggage. We underestimated the time to take our luggage down and around back to the car. It was lovely place to stay. "This is house is nice on the main floor. The lower floor indeed had a musty smell. We were going to use both floors but did not end up using the lower floor. The musty smell was bothersome. We tried to open the windows but either they were labeled to not be opened up or they did not work. I think if your were able to open the windows that would help. The main floor was well stocked for cooking and the deck and inside seating was great. The beds were comfortable. "
