"It is a budget hotel so I didn't expect palatial decor but it was clean, staff very friendly and courteous, decent breakfast and well situated. The room is compact but has what you need, would have liked a kettle but note to self to pack one. The mattress was replaced at the end of last year and was very firm, pillows too. "

"This is a lovely, and convenient hotel. We received a lovely warm welcome, and reception were extremely helpful and informative in advising us with parking. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, the shower was decent (though a little tired looking). I've given it 4* as I was really disappointed by the breakfast. It was a mix of undercooked and left-standing. "

"It's a nice modern hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and thankfully quiet. A good night sleep was had on a comfortable bed. If you are going to the NEC or the airport it is very convenient. Would definitely stay here again."

"It's what you'd expect from a Hilton - a very pleasant, clean, comfortable, spacious room with a huge bed in a nice hotel. We enjoyed using the pool and spa and the buffet breakfast was the perfect start to a busy day. Blackout blinds and good sound proofing meant that we slept well. The area's quiet and nothing to get excited about, but super convenient for the NEC, which is why we stayed there. We really appreciated the view of the lake. "Great location / area, no issues walking back at night / early morning Room had everything could need & suited me perfectly. Only minor thing I would say the soundproofing of the rooms could be a bit better but didn’t impact my stay / sleep and I would certainly look at going back to that hotel again."

"The communication with the manager was excellent. You are able to park in a secure car park using a code. The room is probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The location was excellent, especially for the racecourse, and near excellent restaurants and the town centre. A*"
