"This is located in a beautiful area, you can walk around and find different high end malls. Hotel is beautiful. Only complaint is that beds are a little small for two. We had a double room and each bed is a little larger than a twin bed, my husband and I were a little tight. My daughter slept very comfortably."

Has everything you could ever need . Coco is the most pleasant hotel staff member I have ever met and gives A star service . All hotel staff speak excellent English . A was also extremely helpful when checking out and went above and beyond . velian on check in was great and the lady from Kazakhstan also very helpful. "the location was perfectly in the central of everything. Got upgraded to a higher floor with a city view but the windows were quite dirty from the outside. We were told the roof bar was closed during our stay quiet disappointing, this was the reason I booked this hotel because of the night view from the roof top."
